What We Collect

When you use FrameScore, we may collect the following information:

• Email address (account sign-up)
• Photos you upload for physique analysis
• Questionnaire data, including age, height, weight, sex, and training goals
• Scan results generated from your uploads

How We Use It

We use your data to:

• Generate your physique analysis and related reports
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI analysis systems
• Send account-related emails (e.g. authentication, billing notices)

Photo Storage

Your photos are stored securely in Supabase Storage. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising. When you delete your account, your photos and associated scan data are removed from our systems.

Third Parties

We work with trusted service providers to operate FrameScore:

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Anthropic — AI-powered physique analysis (your photos are not retained by Anthropic for unrelated purposes)
• Stripe — payment processing

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. Your photos are not sold or licensed to third parties.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time. Email privacy@framescore.app and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
